Profile Brief
A Virtual Relationship Manager has to have at least 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in outbound processes, banking, or insurance. Someone who has life insurance sales experience but does not have telesales experience can also be considered if he / she is interested in selling virtually (over the phone).
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with a focus on promoting financial products.
- Utilize telesales techniques to generate sales leads and meet targets.
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of banking and insurance products to effectively communicate with customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in outbound processes, banking, or insurance.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Familiarity with banking and insurance products.

- Exceptional team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits

The compensation package for this role ranges from 3 to 10 lakhs per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
