Change Management Specialist

- A Change Manager is responsible for planning, developing, delivering, and tracking change management deliverables for Smart Cloud Transformation.
- Will be responsible for successfully transitioning cloud operations from their current state to a future state by focusing on the Smart Cloud Transformation aspect of change, including changes to business processes, IT systems & Technologies.
- Implements change management strategies and plans that maximize process adoption and usage and minimize resistance across various AB-Inbev global initiatives.
- Work on multiple change programs, with oversight or leadership from the Senior Change manager
- Onboard Change Management process for Smart Cloud Transformation
- Manage the changes and ensure all change records are processed in accordance with defined standards
- Chair multiple Change Advisory Board meetings for Smart Cloud Transformation
- Ensure all changes are closed on time & Post-Implementation reviews are invoked for unsuccessful changes
- Ensure compliance to change management policies & procedures by IT
- Engage with Incident, Problem & Configuration management teams in support of change requests
- Produce Management reports on the performance of the function
- Implement process & tool improvements for change management
- Coordinate with Project teams & ensure change management process is followed in implementing Project bits
- Perform internal controls assessment for change management & aid in external audits
- Perform trends analysis
- Perform trend analysis of failed changes & implement preventive measures
- Handle process & operational escalations & resolve
- Ensure optimal utilization of all resources
- Lead & manage Smart Cloud Transformation
- Evaluates performance metrics against the defined KPIs
- Develops actions to improve adoption and streamline the process as necessary
- Develop and execute effective communications, training, zonal engagement, and change impact assessment.
- Collaborates with zones to ensure alignment towards approach, methods, and tools
