Requirements
- Drive local circle by driving sales production and managing the associated costs

Ensure the high quality and high persistency of business generated by the local production unit, to support the long-term profitability of the company

Develop knowledge of local market dynamics to improve the productivity of the FLS / BLs (e.g., through targeting specific segments, products and FCs)
-
Identify and align non-sales resources in support of the circle’s business goals (e.g., learning and development, operations, human resources, etc) – maximize value from the deployment of these resources within the circle

Graduate / MBA (Marketing/Finance)
Age
Up to 38 years
Requirements
- Exceptional team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience
- A minimum of 6 years of experience with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the Banking/BFSI industry.
Salary and Benefits

The compensation package for this role ranges from 10 to 12 lakhs per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
